The beautiful Villa Aavaas is an exceptional villa in Premantura, located on the tip of the Istrian peninsula, a place known for beautiful beaches and one of the most popular places for sports enthusiasts. Premantura is located on an elevated part of Cape Kamenjak - the sunniest part of Istria, whose 30 km long coastline offers a number of beaches, bays and islets ideal for families and sunbathing. Premantura is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is a popular vacation destination for all windsurfing and kayaking enthusiasts. Those looking for a more active vacation can also enjoy tennis, mini golf and a boules court. Cape Kamenjak is a nature reserve that offers beautiful views, crystal clear turquoise sea and 530 plant species, some of which are endemic. Building on the cape is prohibited and the best way to explore Kamenjak is by bike.
