The Comox Valley is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise; fishing, kayaking, sailing, hiking golfing and beach activities. Enjoy all these activities while in our brand new home which is located on 1.2 acres and is located 8 km from Comox at the tip of Cape Laso.
On the main floor of this 3600sq ft home you will enjoy magnificent 360 views of ocean and snow capped mountains; on the mainland and on Vancouver Island. If the sun is in the sky it is on this house.

Upstairs includes an open modern kitchen, living room and dining area; master bedroom with ensuite, study, laundry room and powder room. Downstairs there are two large bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large family room. Off the kitchen is a spacious covered deck for eating, BBQing and enjoying the view.

This is an area where Mother Nature is at her best. Enjoy the amazing sun rises, sun sets, long walks on the beach with the many tidal pools. Keep your eyes open for eagles, herons, hawks, whales, otters and sea lions. All this can be accessed by a private path down to the secluded sandy beach.

Summary: This beautiful oceanfront home offered the perfect setting for our family’s first trip to B.C. The house was spotless and well equipped for guests. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made all efforts to ensure a excellent stay. Home is beachfront (access via series of staircases) with gorgeous ocean views and calm swimming waters. Nature abounds in this home from seals on the beach or deer in the backyard. Our young kids LOVED every minute! Perfect location with lots to do in Comox Valley. I cannot say enough about this amazing house . . . Do not hesitate to stay here!
