Positive: The room was spacious. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. We liked having the microwave and small fridge. There were some outdoor seating areas which we didn't use, but they looked quite pleasant.

Negative: Carpet and sofa were dirty . Beds and pillows were not great.

Summary: Outdated but good for a night without paying a fortune

Positive: receptionist was not overly welcoming but not unpleasant. We got locked out 2nd day as they asked if we were extending our stay-i let them know we had paid for 2 nights. Tiny breakfast room was decent and a nice addition-reasonable hours (hostess very quiet).., housekeeping did not show up 2nd day (not sure if that was included?), Room was rather tired looking, a bit of odour, my husband dropped a bottle cap that fell behind the headboard but he would not retrieve it because of the thick accumulation of dust. Beds were decently comfortable. Property was quiet and a great location, close to the area we were visiting, access to restaurants/shopping etc. Good amount of parking. Reasonable price for what was included.

Negative: please see above.

Summary: We may consider staying here again mostly because of location/price.

Positive: The location is great; the price is right, the rooms were very clean, and the beds extremely comfortable.

Negative: It’s a bit weathered and dated, but our family doesn’t really care, as all we do Is sleep there, and the beds are very comfortable.

Positive: Great location, walking distance to town centre and waterfront. Very comfortable well-equipped room.

Negative: Mix up with room key coding at beginning, but sorted quickly. Didn't like paper plates and disposable cutlery at breakfast.
