This private, peaceful and sunny beach house is walking distance to the beach. and it is also the property that has the most 5-stars reviews in the entire town of Humacao, which fills us with great pride because that means that I am doing a good job with my guests. Located in Villa Palmira, Humacao this beach front paradise is fully furnished with all amenities, fully air conditioned, surveillance cameras outside de property for more security, wireless-internet, washer and dryer and private pool (Pool Service every week) About 10 minutes away from the house you can visit Palmas del Mar Resort where you will find a Hotel and Casino, restaurants, golf course, tennis courts and you can rent a boat to go fishing or to know about the smaller islands in the surrounding area. Just 45 minutes drive you have the historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan. The tropical mountain El Yunque Rainforest and the beautiful Surfing Luquillo Beach(La Pared) is a 40 minutes drive. El Faro Lighthouse Museum and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bioluminescent mangrove lagoon). Also don't forget to visit the small island of Culebra and its majestic Flamenco beach. The port towns of Fajardo and Ceiba, and boats hires for sailing/boating, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, and ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, at 5 miles. Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, drink& gourmet lunch included, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling. This part of the island was visited by many tourist because it has the best coral reefs and water clarity. and many more attractions and water sports.

Summary: My concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The pool was flawless. Tge amenities were acceptable. Thus us a vacation place and not suitable for working from home. Make sure you bring your own reliable internet access hotspot if you intend to eork from home st any time.

Summary: As I entered the subdivision, I was a bit disappointed by the condition of many of the homes within. It appears the neighborhood was badly affected by the latest hurricanes. However, most homes on the street where the rental property is located have been remodeled. The rental property is well maintained and the grounds were clean and organized. The pool was clean, the pool deck is nicely landscaped, everything in the home worked as designed. Plenty of beach towels, and folding chairs to take to the nearby beach (5 minute walk); the home has everything you would think of you would need. There is a Walmart as well as other fast food places 10 minutes from the home. Plenty of hygiene supplies, kitchen supplies, condiments, etc. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this home and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area of PR.

Summary: Great spacious place a few steps from the beach in a gated community. The pictures don't do it justice. Pool is large and very nice. Plenty of outside space. Beach is beautiful and secluded. Shopping including Wal-Mart is 10 min away. Only wish to improve - a brighter light in the living room. Our 3 teens stated they want to come back to THIS house next time.

Summary: The property is conveniently located to all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants and truly steps away from the beach.The home is well equiped and is very spacious. We were a group 6 adults and there was plenty of space to to relax. The home and the outdoor areas are very well maintained and have ample seating and lounging area. The 3 burner grill is handy and we made good use of it, as well as the swimming pool. Its location allows for full sun most of the day with 2 covered areas for shade.We enjoyed being close to the Reserve area for nature walks and kayaking, as well as the trails along the beach. The host was easy to contact and answers all inquiries promptly. Thank you to our host for making us feel welcomed in her home.
