Summary: We were in Kiawah for the marathon and this condo was literal steps away from both the marathon and the beach. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was so clean, the manager was so easy to get a hold of and gave us all the info we needed for our stay.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this villa! Everything from the property to the unit was clean. Wonderful views of the ocean from the porch and this unit was very conveniently located near the elevators and the beach access. The seating and beds were super comfortable. The only issue we ran into was 2 of the 3 tvs were equipped with a Comcast remote but there were no comcast cable boxes- in other words the remotes would not operate the tvs so we could not use them. But otherwise we really enjoyed our time here. We were only here for a weekend but we will definitely be back for longer!

Summary: We loved our stay at Shipwatch. The villa has been completely updated and modernized. My family enjoyed our week there. Beds were great, space was great, deck overlooking the ocean was awesome. One of our favorite spots, and we have been coming to Kiawah for 20 years.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful at this Oceanfront condo. The property was very clean and a perfect set up for a family with kids. It rained during our stay but we were able to enjoy the views on the balcony while our little ones napped. It was so convenient to go out to the beach when the weather was nice and pop back in when it started raining! It was very close to Freshfields village which was conventient. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the calmness and beauty of Kiawah!

Summary: The view of the beach was priceless. The villa was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise over the sea was the stress relief I needed.

Summary: All communications with Patricia were quick and friendly, directions were spot on. Easy checkin/out. I wanted to be on a beach where I could easily walk it everyday and see the sunrise from the deck. This location was perfect. Renovation was fresh throughout. Beach was wide, smooth, miles long, clean, and not crowded... Mattress was fresh and comfortable. The bar-height seating on the deck kept allowed us easy viewing over the railings... Restaurants were handy... Nature did not disappoint either - dolphins, starfish, sand dollars, water birds of all kinds, deer, alligators... Would definitely stay here again.
