Summary: We really enjoyed the stay at Maple Bay. The bay and surrounding mountains are beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the water and wildlife over coffee every morning. The hosts were very helpful with local recommendations for hikes, towns to visit, restaurants, and other activities. A peaceful and relaxing escape from the busy outside world! Thanks again!

Summary: We stayed for eight nights and loved the experience. I took a picture early every morning out the large window overlooking Maple Bay. Each day had a different look to it. I spent time gallivanting about with my sister, and my husband spent the majority of his time working at the table facing the bay. He was very productive thanks to the Wi-Fi connection and the quiet and beauty afforded him by the location. We had to traverse the driveway and stairs down to the suite, which was manageable but could be an issue in a few years. At that point, we will change how we pack in order to still be able to stay in this lovely location!

Summary: Great location right on the water! Spent quite a bit of time sitting on the beach enjoying the great ambience, watching the tides go in and out. Kayaked around the bay, went for a quick (cold) swim, and we enjoyed walking over to the Hand of Man museum and then to the pub for dinner. The sitting area chairs inside weren’t as comfy as the bed which was a dream to sink into.
