Positive: Thankyou so much for a flawless stay. Even the garden is cute! We loved the spotless presentation accented with welcoming and gentle touches of hospitality. A coffee machine, a few basic groceries, everything we could want was there. I particularly appreciated the description of the red fence. It assisted us to be sure we were in the right place. An accessible shower is another good feature. It was a lovely stay.

Positive: Clean unit, up to date, easy access. Owners even included additional toiletries in case you had forgotten something - shampoo/conditioner, make-up remover, moisturiser, dental floss! I didn't need these but it was a great touch and showed the owners really want to make guests comfortable not just take their money. Close to public transport so really good for us.
Negative: It was blowing a gale in Melbourne and the wind whistled past the bedroom windows all night - but not something the owners can control! It's also a good thing we didn't have a car as there was another car (I assume from the other unit on site) blocking access to where we were told we could park, but ultimately it didn't impact us.
Summary: Really great unit, we'll definitely consider staying there again when visiting family in Cheltenham.
