Positive: A very cozy and comfortable beach house right near the beach. Kaare and Rita are lovely and very helpful, making our stay complete. We had bikes to easily get to the train station and shops!

Positive: The house is lovely and very bright, equipped with blackout curtains to prevent waking up too early. The area is quiet, with clean air, and the only sound is the chirping of animals. The apartment was impeccably clean. There is a TV with Netflix and a good-quality Bluetooth speaker for playing music. Dedicated parking is available in front of the house, and supermarkets and a few restaurants are not too far away (car or bike distance). The hosts were friendly and promptly communicative, yet discreet (they stayed in the house next door, but we barely noticed!). The beach is just a two-minute walk away, and the location, roughly 30 minutes from Roskilde and a little more to Copenhagen, is very convenient.
Negative: Just a friendly reminder for travelers, as it’s clearly stated: this is a guest house, not a B&B. The house is equipped with all the necessary utensils and amenities (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.), as well as towels (3x), extra pillows and blankets, plus salt, pepper, some teas, and soap dispensers for the bathroom. However, you won’t find oil or additional condiments. Since we traveled by plane and stayed for only a few days, it didn’t make sense to buy an expensive bottle of oil for just a couple of meals. So, my suggestion is: plan your meals according to your stay :)

Positive: Beautiful house near the beach! You'll find everything you need inside for wonderful holidays. You just need 1 minute to the beach. The interior is modern, but cozy. There's enough space for two people. I felt very welcome and will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Positive: Really beautifully decorated little house. A feeling of being in a real home. The kitchen was very well equipped with almost all needed for cooking. We lacked a potato peeler, asked the hist and got one immediately. All the knifes was super sharp which is rare for rental apartments. Free heat, wifi and electricity. Own private parking spot, right in front of the house. We arrived after dark. The host had turned on the lights inside for us. Made it feel very welcome and cared for. Wonderful after a 5 hour drive to get there. The hosts had several pages describing all you'd like to know about an area: what to visit near by and how far away, all the restaurants and take aways in the area and dustance to each, all about how the house, water heater etc functioned. How to get to the capital city Copenhagen by car or public transportation. Even suggestions about what route to take if you had to drive during rush hour. Best document of this type I ever saw on site.
Negative: The beds were a little to the hard side. A slightly thicker top mattress would solve that problem. My daughter who suffers from scoliosis would wake up with pain every morning as the mattress top mattress was not bolstered enough to support her back. Both me and my daughter are below 1,7 m hight. The ceiling hight on first floor (under the roof) is low. If I had been there with my partner, he would not have been able to stand upright where the bed is.
