Positive: This was already the third time I chose to stay in Beach Haus Bal Harbour. This time it was a longer stay — 5 nights in the old part and 9 nights in the new building. I knew exactly where I was going, and everything met my expectations once again. I am very satisfied. A gym with very good equipment had been added, and I highly recommend everyone to use it. The beach is very close, with sunbeds and umbrellas available, and there is also the possibility to use bicycles. I was very happy with my stay, and everything continued to meet my expectations. I will definitely visit again when I come to Miami.

Positive: the location is great!! right near the beach, shops and restaurants. its in a quiet area, and is conducive to relaxation and more.

Negative: we had a studio first floor. really didn't like that at at all. we were supposed to be in the building facing the water, unfortunately were given the other building. it wasnt as clean as it used to be,( we stayed here before,)they offered an additional housekeeping visit which was appreciated, but really didnt do such a great job, the door code was not always working ,we had to rely on other guests to assist, our code didnt work on arrival (which was after midnight),

Summary: decent place to stay, could use some brushing up to make it great!

Positive: location is great buildings were clean rooms are spacious parking was much cheaper than elsewhere our second time staying here our previous room was better and cheaper just smaller full size refrigerator

Negative: the bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs in your back no coffee maker
