Positive: Upon arrival, our apartment was ready (early) and the manager was very helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels. Walking to the beach was a breeze. We also walked to the grocery store and local restaurants. Great location. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with a king and three twins, and with 3 adults and 2 children we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The TV in the living room was huge. The sofa is very modern and probably not comfortable enough for watching a movie, but it worked well enough for the kids. We spent most of our time at the pool anyway, which was fantastic. Great temperature, easy to get in, and perfect for kids of all ages with large shallow steps for splashing around and a deeper area for the bigger kids and adults.
Negative: There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Negative: Being woken up at 5am by someone dragging chairs, multiple chairs, across the floor above us. We were getting married that morning then driving to Key West in the afternoon, being woken up at 5am wasn't appreciated when we had a long day ahead of us!
