5 Bedroom House in Bel Air, Panama City Beach

Great Location!!! This new 5 Bedroom + Bunk Area has 3.5 Luxurious Bathrooms, Large backyard with Private Pool and pet Friendly! Beach Haven sleeps 14 in beds (Max guests 16)! It has parking for 4 cars. Just steps from the beach! Pool Coming January 1st, 2023. Heated Pool (Pool Heated for additional Fee). Property has a pool, no hot tub.
Pets are allowed but are $150/pet/stay/pet. This is not a deposit - it is a nonrefundable fee. Guests are still responsible for any and all damage caused by their pets and need to pick up after their pets. Any pet charges that arise will not be covered by any type of damage deposit or damage waiver purchased.
Beach Haven is New to the rental market and boasts TVs in every bedroom and new furniture! Beach Haven is a beautifully finished beach house just steps from the Sugary White Sand. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach close to all restaurants and attractions.
The 5 bedrooms are located as follows: 1 bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms and bunk room on the second floor.
Important: This home sleeps 14 in beds - Maximum guests allowed however is 16. You would need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bags for the additional guests. Room on the couches exist also.
The 1st master suite is located on the first floor (King Bed).
The 2nd Bedroom is a located on the 2nd floor (King Bed).
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed.
The 4th Bedroom has a Queen bed.
The 5th Bedroom has a Queen bed.
There is also a bunk room equipped with a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed and game tables.
The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, premium appliances, pantry and all the essentials for lovingly preparing meals for the family. The gorgeous new flooring and decorations make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home.
This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental.

You must notify property manager if your group does not have a person 25 years of age or older! You will need approval in writing. If a group without a person 25 years of age or older staying at the property, the entire stay rents this property without prior approval of management they will be removed without any refund.
Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic.
Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10–15-minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area.
Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, go-karting, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12-minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10-minute drive, Beach Haven is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.

Summary: Group of 15 of us traveled here for college spring break. Had so much fun! Plenty of room and newly renovated. We enjoyed the pool and heated it for a few days since it was a little chilly. 2 min walk to the beach. Went out for dinner a few times and walked everywhere! Lots of good food and coffee around. We had a really great time and would definitely stay again.

Summary: This house worked well for our family that ranged from 2-82 years old. The upstairs bedroom arrangement is excellent because each family had bedrooms/bathroom comb to themselves. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my in-laws. We cooked every meal. The pots and pans are not the quality of mine (cheap, but sufficient), so I would recommend to bring your own favorite skillet, soup pot, etc if you plan to cook and are driving/can fit it in your car. There was sufficient utensils, mixer, bender, crockpot, etc. There are no spices, not even salt and pepper. I have been to many houses where past visitors have left spices, four, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, etc. None in this house. No beach equipment. I have stayed at many houses where past visitors have left chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, etc. If driving, throw in your own. The pictures show a hot tub. There is not a hot tub. I messaged to inquire about this before arrival, so I was not surprised, but some people might be. There is a VeRy. SmAlL. PoOl!! The pool gets very little sun because it is positioned tightly between the house and the fence. The water was very cold even though it was in the mid 80's several days before we arrived. Heating is a steep price!! $60/day according to management. We brought our dog and small children. Beware of the burrs if you get off the driveway. They are painful and they are everywhere!! The management was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay. I would recommend!

Summary: The house was nice with a small pool that was really enjoyable, and we fit perfectly. The location was within walking distance to the beach, which was also great. The communication with the property manager was excellent; he responded immediately and resolved a minor issue we had, which we really appreciated. The groceries stores were close by, and there were restaurants and places to visit nearby. The only aspect we didn’t like was the cleaning of the showers and the grill outside. I'm sure this can be improved. Other than that, everything was good. We enjoyed our time in the house, especially at the beach. It was a pleasure to experience. Thank you!

Summary: Great access to a very nice beach. Next to a busy street with road noise at night Pool is very small but nice. The floors were not clean. Didn’t wear shoes in the house and the bottom of our white socks were black from the floor day one. It was nice to have bunk beds but they were in the common area and had to go through to get to the other upstairs bedrooms.

Summary: Our group stayed at this property upon getting permission from the owner for a spring break trip. When we arrived, the property was very clean with clear instructions provided to us about check-in/check-out. Throughout our stay Ben’s Beach Homes was quick to respond to any of our questions. Our stay was hospital, cleanly, and all of our members thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property!

Summary: This home is lovely and spacious. It is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. We had some minor issues that the staff addressed immediately and graciously. Loved our stay and will try to do it again. We came from 4 different states so it was wonderful to be together in such a warm and inviting place

Summary: Ben can't do anything about the road noise, but the house was great! Close to the beach, nice small pool, nicely appointed. The only negative I have is the shower floors were not that clean. We went to Dollar General and got a spray bottle of Comet with bleach and sprayed. Could have used some scrubbing but it mostly came clean. Other than that, everything was great!

Summary: This home was perfect for our annual friend trip with plenty of bedrooms and convenient walking access to the beach and local activities. This was big for us since we had only one vehicle due to many of us flying. We did arrive about 45 minutes before check in and had to wait until check in time since we all took Ubers from the airport, but that is understandable. Sandy beach homes take a while to clean! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and spacious. We did wish more basic supplies were included(such as coffee, spare paper towels, and toilet paper), but this may have been due to our early arrival. The cleaning crew was nice enough to let us go upstairs while they finished below so we didn't have to stay outside in the sun. Quick communication was provided by the host, but we didn't have specific check out instructions on our departure day. Overall, it was a great place to stay. A beautiful home very close to the beach. It was perfect for our large group.
