Positive: Location of the property, and the roominess of the property.
Negative: That I was not allowed to use the back patio in the backyard and it was not well maintained the grass was not cut and we had issues with the front bedroom TV and we finally got someone to bring a TV on Friday and we still could not use it.

Negative: The property was not very clean and the back patio was in disarray, the grass was to my knees, and was full of cigarette butts and garbage.
Summary: We made the best of it, slept great, but most likely will nor return to this property

Positive: It was really nice inside! Now the backyard does need some love tho. Has an absolutely awesome bar and grill named Neons right across the street!! Also the beach is basically across the street and youโ€™re not very far from different attractions, the Pier, store and restaurants!!
Negative: Our last night there we had some plumbing issues in the downstairs bathroom. Had called all the numbers for the property for like a hour before actually getting in touch with someone. They did send someone out to look at it but thatโ€™s all the guy did, he was there for 10 minutes walked around the house then left. We never heard back!
Summary: Other than the bathroom problem on the last night we all had an amazing stay and time!!

Positive: The location was perfect. We were only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The home was welcoming and comforting. Will certainly consider staying here again during our next beach vacation.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was a close to perfect as one can get.
Summary: The best week from work that I could imagine.

Positive: Location was amazing. What a short walk to a beautiful quiet beach, food, and activities. Had everything needed for a mini vacation including parking. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were all stocked with anything you would need. Pet friendly with a perfect fenced backyard for your furry friend. 3 tv's with Rokus to watch tv while relaxing. Prices were great considering what you get and the location.
Negative: Backdoor didn't lock. Had a table leg wedged on sliding door you had to move to use. There were quite a few little gnats. Shower had a lot of hair on walls of shower.
