2 Bedroom House in Huntington Beach

Beach 1.5 blocks away - close enough to hear the waves breaking! Two extra-large master bedroom suites are upstairs. Downstairs is a large living room with 55-inch TV. Fully appointed kitchen; covered patio with BBQ, outside shower.
The large 19-by-15-foot bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bath, walk-in closet, TV and balcony. One bedroom has twin beds, and a queen-size sofa bed, while the other has a queen bed with lots of room to relax. The mattresses are new Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtops. Downstairs features a large living room with reclining leather couches that can double as beds if you choose, a big TV, a fully appointed kitchen, dining room and covered patio.
The shady back patio has a grill for BBQ fun, and also features an outdoor shower for returning beach-goers to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Owners and managers Roger and Vicki, who grew up in the area, can help you plan your trip in advance or offer spur-of-the-moment assistance – as the editor of the official Huntington Beach Visitors Guide, Roger literally wrote the book on how to enjoy all that the city has to offer! He and his wife, Vicki, live in the adjacent townhouse and are at your service.
The Roger and Vicki have owned this property for many years, have upgraded it with love, and look forward to having guests enjoy the innumerable amenities that will make you feel right at home. (Including gourmet coffee and tea, fully stocked kitchen and baths, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and more). Summary: We enjoyed everything about this place. The condo is roomy and a short walk to the beach. Roger had beach towels, chairs and sand toys for us to take to the beach. There was even a wagon that allowed us to take the kids. I liked that the place is a bit off PCH as I did not hear street traffic at night. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Summary: This property is amazing! Roger was a wonderful host and we loved being 10 minutes away from the beach. Great neighborhood with plenty of parking. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our vacation. I would definitely book again!

Summary: Roger made our stay super easy and very welcoming. He showed us around the house and very attentive. The house is little less the 30 minutes walking distance to the main street so we liked that, especially when the weather is super nice, don't mind the walk. I also like the rental had near by stores incase you need to grab quick drinks and or snacks. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks Roger for letting my family and I stay at your house!! Corina

Summary: We got what we were looking for. "Somewhere close to a beach". This listing provides everything to have a beach day. Unberellas, chairs, towels, sand toys, belly boards, small shortment of balls, Frisbees, Wagon to tote all the fun. *note may need a second wagon to tote all items. Only complaint would be cleanliness. Needs a good deep clean. Cobwebs and spiders, dust/sand, others hair thought condo. But still very liveable.
