Summary: Great place to stay, very relaxing. . The impression of description is the place is on the beach front. It is Not but you can see Ocean from a distance. Kinda disappointing, though very nice place to stay and would rent again

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quaint and comfortable house. We only had a couple of issues. When we arrived, the air-conditioning units must have first been turned on right before we got there. This is a very hot summer. And the house was warm and very uncomfortable.. But within 24 hours, it cooled off. I would suggest the owner have them turn on the AC the day before. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the stay. Great location right by the beach. Thank you.

Summary: I was initially impressed with the owner of the property and her promptness in answering all of my questions. She also ALWAYS got back in touch with me very quickly. When we first got to the House, we knew it was going to be perfect for us. It’s a really cute house and surrounded bu yucca plants, so it seems really secluded. At ground level, there is a foot shower to get the sand off your feet. There is also a BIG, private outdoor shower, so you can wash the sand off your whole body too. From the ground level, you walk up a few wooden steps and then you come to a little gate. When you open that, you are on an outdoor patio complete with furniture. It faces the beach, so it’s a beautiful view. There are also little lights strung all through the top of the patio, so it looks awesome at night with those plugged in. Then you enter the screened in porch. There is also seating room here and it faces the beach too! So then you can enter the door of the home. When you first walk-in, you come to a bedroom with 2 double beds. Then when you take a left you come to the living room, dining area and kitchen. It’s an open plan and really nice. The kitchen came with a microwave, coffee maker and even k cups. There were also dishes and silverware plus sponges and dishwashing liquid to do dishes. The TV In the living room is big and there is CABLE. They also have WIFI there. The dining table seats 4. So then there is a short hall and to the left is the bathroom. Towels and wash clothes for the bathroom were provided as well as hand soap. Then to the right there is a bedroom with a queen bed. There were also a couple of blow up mattresses in the closet. It was just my mom, my son and me, so it was really spacious for us. You can tell the house has recently been completely redone and the decor is beachy and great. It’s a NICE house!! Now for the good part. It’s the 3rd hosue from the little wooden bridge that takes you to the beach. It takes about 3 minutes to get to the beach which was wonderful!! The beach wasn’t that crowded and we had a great time in the water and laying out. We were there for 2 nights. The first night we went to the Seahorse Grill and the next night we went to the Beachfront Bar and Grill. Both are within walking distance and have excellent food. I already know we will be back next year and stay in this same property, but one thing will be different. We are going to stay longer. That’s how perfect our experience was here!
