3 Bedroom House in Gold Beach

Bring the family to our oceanfront beach house for the fun, rest, and the relaxation you deserve. Our home is located in the fishing town of Gold Beach, Oregon just 33 miles north of the California and Oregon border. All rooms in the home have beautiful views of the ocean, surrounding mountain scenery, and the ocean rock features that the Northern Coast is famous for. Close to town, Rogue River, shopping, tourist attractions, hiking, and restaurants.
Our home is 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with 1952 sqft of living space. Our home has waterproof laminate floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, large deck, covered patio, spa, fire pits, and arcade games in the garage for an extra good time. Enjoy the spa any time of year!
The main living areas, master bedroom, and patio are downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, high ceilings and outside access to the patio. The master bathroom has double sinks, large shower, and soaking tub.
Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other has a triple bunk for the kids. Both bedrooms have access to a large deck with sweeping majestic views of the ocean and beyond.
In 2020/21 the home got a full upgrade. All of the following are new - roof, all stainless steel kitchen appliances, kitchen sink faucet, couch, washer and dryer, spa, downstairs lighting, paint, garage epoxy flooring, all TVs, beds/mattresses, most furniture, and dining room table.
There is a bbq outside for grilling and a fire table for added heat when needed. We have kids beach toys, a beach chair, play yard, high chair, and a baby gate for the kids. We also offer a spin bike and some other gym equipment for your use. Additionally, we have plenty of beach towels for your outside time between the beach and spa.
Driving an electric car? There is a 220v/50amp plug in for your convenience.
All of our TVs are Smart TVs that feature Netflix and FUBO - or feel free to log into your own streaming apps. The house features Alexa devices for easy communication, questions, and music - don't want to use them? Simply, unplug.
We are located close to town, hiking, Rogue river, restaurants, and other local attractions.
Please Note - We are located in a homeowners association. You cannot park a RV, trailer, or boat in our driveway or in the neighborhood. Parties, weddings, wedding parties, or events of ANY kind are not permitted. Additionally, we have security cameras on the exterior of the home which are hooked up to our alarm system. The cameras are at the entry points to the home (front door, back door, and garage). Tampering with or disabling the cameras for any reason is against our house rules.

Summary: We loved this house! It has a great layout, was extremely clean, and comfortable. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen is well stocked to cook in. The house is right at the beach and has amazing views. We loved watching the really high tides and stormy weather the area was experiencing while we were there. There's a grocery store and restaurants within a couple miles of the house. We'll definitely stay here again!

Summary: The location and laid out the house is amazing! Just to be able to sit pretty much anywhere and see and hear the ocean is pretty amazing. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

Summary: I will say the listing makes it look like you can walk outside and right to the water and that part is inaccurate. There are beach paths on either side of the little neighborhood the beachhouse is in, but to my disabled mom that was a big difference in her even attempting to go down to the water. She stayed mostly on the back porch where you do have a good view of the water and can hear the waves but you can't directly cross the rocks and cliff to the waves. And the big tub in the downstairs bath has jets but you can't use them, so it's just a soaker tub. We were happy with the hot tub there though if we wanted jets, but I would make that clear for guests in the listing too. Also, there is a homeowner's association with lots of special rules and notes in the guest book, including some about some unfriendly neighbors. We were fortunate not to have any interactions with them, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not expecting to deal with nosy neighbors. Everything else was exactly as listed and perfect. The house is gorgeous and comfy and cozy. We were worried we forgot skewers for the smores but we found some in the fully stocked kitchen. The arcade was a big hit, especially with my son. Each arcade machine has multiple games so he never ran out of choices. We played with some of the board games they provide, but beware the uneven Uno deck! Hehaha! The view is amazing and the waves could be heard throughout the house, which was so calming. 5/5 Stars!

Summary: Great trip to this property in Gold Beach, listing was a very short walk to the sandy beach. Hot tub worked great, there were plenty of activities within the house and plenty of room to operate in the kitchen and living space. Would go back again and stay with a large group.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Beach House 101! Right on the beach with an epic view. House is super clean and has everything you need (including a very well stocked kitchen). Back patio was awesome with multiple fire pits and a lovely spa looking out on the ocean. We fell asleep listening to the ocean on super comfortable beds. Just a short drive (1-2 miles) into town that had everything we needed. Can't say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend!
