Positive: Lovely view of the ocean across two living spaces. Well equipped kitchen. Multiple entertainment areas. Separate downstairs tv room and bedroom great for grandparents. Bedding and towels provided. Quiet residential area. Close to Batehaven Shops, Casey Beach and Observation Point.
Negative: During our stay the upstairs reverse cycle heater was tricky to regulate. The lessor responded efficiently to our email to check this. BYO tea towel, dishcloth, dishwashing tablets, washing powder/liquid, toilet paper, soap, hairdryer etc.
Summary: Ocean views. Spacious. Great location. Pet friendly.

Positive: The house and location were great.
Negative: The service when we didn't have sheets and bedding for my daughter was a major issue. She had to sleep in her clothes. For 4 days I emailed , rang and spoke with multiple agents for air keeper and they kept promising multiple times it would be fixed. They even promised to deliver and didn't turn up, we waited around all afternoon!! The next day they delivered the sheets when I was going to buy them myself. This was incrediblely disappointing and cruel! It put a major dampener on a holiday that could have been 5 stars. All we got was a bunch of apologies and poor timing of excuses.

Negative: Previous people had left dirty dishes and there were no dishwasher tablets. We had to check everything before using it in case it was dirty.

Negative: Not enough cleaning supplies provided, floor cleaner and surface cleaner specifically, vacuum was so blocked it took some time to clean it out and mop pads provided were very dirty. Screen door upstairs falling off with every gust of wind and upstairs air con not functioning .

Positive: The location was great with a couple of minutes walk to several beaches and a lookout. It had the rooms we need to a family get together. Quick responses from the host for a couple of questions that we had.
Negative: The floors were dirty particularly in the entryway and bathrooms which we swept ourselves

Positive: The location, the huge enclosed yard, the separate living areas, the amazing views, the spacious decks, the local Cafes, and fish & chips!
Negative: That I had to leave! Our family loved our stay over the Easter period. The house is beautifully decorated, and it is spacious yet cosy. The yard and luscious grass was fantastic for our furbaby. The two separate decks are magnificent for entertaining, and one is covered, so it is perfect to still be outside even if it is raining. We will definitely be back!

Positive: I had a lot of trouble checking in, Airkeeper granted us early check in however when we arrived there was no records of that. We had a baby and a dog and were told to wait from 12-3. Appalling service and will never book through them again!
