Our ground floor apartment opens up to ocean views in a casual garden with outdoor setting. We are located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven, only minutes walk to the beach and neighbourhood shopping centre and 5 km to the CBD. This very comfortably appointed apartment comes with lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities, separate bedroom with ensuite. Includes a large view wall-mounted TV, DVD, stereo CD player and wireless broadband. We are happy to assist you with any requirements or local knowledge, e.g. restaurants, walks, tourist attractions, bbq, beach chairs, etc. Ideal for those couples wishing to experience the serenity and warm hospitality of seaside living. Batemans Bay, located in the beautiful Eurobodalla Shire, is a popular coastal town 3 1/2 hours south of Sydney and under 2 hours from Canberra. \'Eurobodalla\' means \'Land of Many Waters\' and Batemans Bay is your first port-of-call being at the mouth of the Clyde River providing a water playground of kayaking, fishing, surfing and many other water sports. Our national parks provide many beautiful walking and 4WD tracks. The Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens are well worth a visit as is the Mogo Zoo in the small community of Mogo. Take a river cruise up the Clyde River to the historic town of Nelligen or go for a kayaking tour and learn all about our famous oysters. Great location for a round of golf or a hit of tennis.

Summary: Have a quiet sundowner looking at the ocean. Walk to nearby shops for a variety of restaurants and cafes. Relish the peace and quiet; removed from the frenetic pace of the next-to-beach roads. Sleep in quality linens on an excellent bed. Enjoy the special touches provided by extraordinary hosts. The reviews you've read and will read are all accurate. This is an exceptional property and I'm grateful for the chance to have stayed.

Summary: Clean, bright, well appointed apartment, close to shops, beaches and food outlets. It was so pleasant in the apartment that we didn’t want to go out - it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, so a great place to relax. Very friendly hosts too and lots of little extras including milk, yoghurt, butter, bread, condiments, cereals, sauces etc. etc.

Summary: All needs were catered for - all condiments supplied as well as extra touches which made our short stay every enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and and extremely comfortable. The ocean view was georgeous. The overall experience was outstanding which enabled us to relax and recharge our batteries after a couple of recent family tragedies. Summary: Jen and her hubby are lovely to deal with. communication was easy and prompt. we had done trouble working the tv and they were both there to help and sort it in a few minutes. Their place is cosy and inviting with everything you need. the front outdoor surface is beautiful to sit outside and watch the ocean. the hosts were extremely supportive of us and our accredited assistance dog. we loved staying here and recommend it abd would happily stay again

Summary: We had several stays on our holiday but this one was our favourite. The bed was comfy. Sitting outside with a drink and looking at the view at the end of the day was very relaxing. We loved all the little extras. A lot of thought had gone into the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Summary: This property had everything you could possibly want. It was private,quiet, light and spotlessly clean. The garden setting was tranquil and private with manicured grass, trees and hedges. We were able to sit in the garden with a morning cuppa knowing that we could not be seen from the street whilst enjoying the vistas of the ocean beyond. Our hosts Jenny and Roy were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Never have I stayed in a better equipped property. Every detail had been carefully considered and planned. The quality of the furnishings,bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment was top class. I would recommend Moptops Apartment without hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
