Located very close to the bustling surfers paradise of Ericeira (6km) and just 1.5km from the beautiful coastal town of Ribamar. This is a stunning contemporary Villa with sea views & private pool on a large estate with gardens. Get here in just 37 mins drive from Lisbon airport!
The Valley Of The Beach Beach House is exceptionally arranged and presented. Boasting large living and dining areas to comfortably host 8 guests. Plus there are gorgeous sea views and outdoor terrace and gardens to enjoy the sunshine.
The Villa is arranged with 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6 guests). Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. If coming with children, 2 extra beds (travel cot if it is baby) can be arranged. Please request this at the moment of booking.
The Villa also benefits from 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bathrooms have shower cubicles, basin and WC. The 3rd bathroom is en-suite to the Master bedroom and features a bath with shower over, double basins to WC and it's own private (and secluded) outdoor space to let the air and sun in the bathroom - a very beautiful arrangement.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you require including the all-important dishwasher to keep chores to the minimum.
In the lounge you have comfy seating, a TV with Satellite TV channels, a CD and DVD player and games including a games console. The dining table can seat 8 guests.
You also have free WiFi throughout the property. The Villa has central heating if you need it plus the owner has provided wood for the two fireplaces.
The Villa benefits from privacy being located in large grounds so offers secure parking. Outside you'll find plenty of garden chairs, sun loungers, table and even a hammock. The BBQ is available for your use for dining outside.

This beautiful villa is just 1.5k to the lovely town of Ribamar and 6k from Ericeira, 15km from Mafra. In this area you are spoiled for choice on gorgeous beaches and incredible seafood restaurants from which to gauze across the Atlantic. Get to Ericeira for between € 4- € 6 Euros in an Uber. Ericeira is the number one hot spot for surfers along the Lisbon coast and also the most beautiful town with cobbled streets and hundreds of great restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended.
The local town of Ribamar is delightful and quiet and the local blue flag Sao Lourenco Beach is famous for the many restaurants specializing in fresh fish and seafood. This beach is located in a sheltered bay with good conditions and great for surfing.
You can also easily get from Praia Vale Beach House to play a round of golf at Campo Real, Torres Vedras. Or for cultural emersion visit the historic Marvel of Sintra, the vibrant Portuguese capital of Lisbon and Lisbon's cosmopolitan neighbor Cascais. The property is located in a beautiful forested area which is perfect for hiking and mountain biking.

Summary: We absolutely loved this property. It’s a very special place. An architectural delight. Philippe was so welcoming and very helpful. The house is extremely well finished and equipped. Really has everything you would need for a fantastic week. We were just sad it came to end. This is a peaceful but well connected location, close enough to pop into Ericiera for breakfast or into Lisbon for the day. You can see the ocean and drive there in 5 minutes. Incredible surf right on the doorstep. Will be back for sure! Thanks so much for such a warm welcome.

Summary: We were a group of 6 friends and enjoyed our stay a lot! Felipe explained all very well and had great recommendations. We would suggest to have a car in order to get groceries from the supermarket (10-15 mins away by car). The property is very clean and the garden with pool is very spacious.

Summary: We loved our stay in Ribamar and would definitely consider going back. The villa is really lovely and in a fantastic location. The pool is in a brilliant size for teenagers and we had more than enough room for the three of us in the house. The kitchen is so very well equipped and you can tell has been used to cook with love. Thank you to Filipe and your family for making us feel so welcome there wasnt anything that we needed that the house didnt provide including spectacular sunsets

Summary: This was the best holiday house we have ever stayed at- an amazing modern split level beach house with stunning vistas of the ocean, close enough to hear the crashing of the waves. It was incredibly comfortable with ample.indoor and outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing... And to top it off two beautiful fireplaces to take the edge off the cool evenings... And of course the pool!

Summary: An incredible house with everything you could wish for. Fantastic views great garden with heated pool. Spacious rooms. Car needed, but everything is close by. Would highly recommend this house for a relaxing luxurious holiday. Filipe the host was great at communicating and with recommendations.

Summary: We can highly recommend this place. It is a beautiful, tastefully decorated and well equipped house set in very nice grounds. It is even nicer that the photos suggest and we felt right at home. Thanks to our hosts advice on local butcher and fish market we could make good use of the excellent kitchen. That said there are very good restaurants in Ericeira and in the nearby village. We were grateful for Filipes’ recommendations as we ate well in each of the places we tried.

Summary: The house was very clean and everywhere were fresh soaps and shampoos. Als a welcome token a foodbasket was provided, which was a very nice gesture. Summary: we did porto and lisbon as part of one week visit to portugal. we spent 3 nights in middle at this pretty spot. great location for visiting sintra or surfing beaches or small streets of ericeria. great seafood dinner, choose own fish, at Mar de Areia restaurant. also Felipe gave us access to BBQ and had a nice sunset BBQ kebabs from meat market in ericeria.
