3 Bedroom House in Parua Bay, Whangarei Heads

A 15 minute picturesque drive from Whangarei City takes you to this beautiful location. The large glass doors open on to the huge entertaining deck which has stunning views of Parua Bay; and with the water so close! ( it only takes 2 minutes walk across the reserve to the swimming beach).
The house has a big kitchen, and open plan living area which accommodates a group with comfort. 50 Inch Smart TV with Sky, WiFi. For heating there is a woodburner in the lounge and wood provided in box just outside the door. There are three double bedrooms, and comfortable couches in the lounge. The third bedroom is adjoined to the house, but has its own access and its own toilet. (For those who don't need this room, it is sometimes used by myself as a counselling room with access off the driveway, not inside the gate). The laundry is a large room also adjoined to the house, and is also a drying room.
There is ample parking on the driveway.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Great set-up at the house (our teenager enjoyed sleeping out in the external bedroom). We ate all our meals out on the deck with the great harbour view. Good location - walking distance to the local 4 square and a lovely cafe for coffee and an easy drive out to Ocean beach where we had fun swimming. Thank-you Beth and Brett.

Summary: Lovely place, amazing view and setting, and the most welcoming and hospitable hosts you could ask for. Huge deck looking out over the bay. Perfect for early breakfasts, sunny lunches or chilled out dinners. Teenager loved the separate room/unit!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Brett and Beth's place! Would definitely stay again! Amazing hosts who at the last minute got a high chair for our friends baby and Brett was also available during our stay to replace the bbq gas cannister when it ran out. Such a lovely beautiful spot with all day sun and if you need, shade. Really quiet neighbourhood with the beach a few minutes walk away.
