With enough room to comfortably sleep the entire family or a group of friends, the location and comfort is unparalleled! Walking distance to Pier Park and all surrounding attractions. Access to-St Andrews State Park, Dolphin Tours, Shell Island, Shipwreck water park, Gulf World Marine!
Please note that we strive to offer economic pricing for ALL people and various party sizes. As such, there is an additional charge of $30 per person per night for groups over 5. This allow us to provide economic pricing for everyone (couples and larger groups alike) while still maintaining cost. Please do not forget to put the total number of guests in when making the reservation as this will be confirmed at check in.
Lastly, for groups under 25 years of age, a refundable $500 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Summary: over all good would stay again, cusions in rear need attention bulbs on string lights some out overall good dont like leaving shoes at door just me i guess had to get more paper towels dish soap out 1/2 in bottle fan downstaits leaning ,instructions with tv would be good

Summary: The property manager is extremely nice and responds quickly. The house looked just like the pictures and was nice. The only issue we had was running out of toilet paper and towels, but that was not a big deal because we could just wash the towels. Overall, a good stay.

Summary: This is our 2nd stay at thus property. We love the location, the beach is easy, very near and the private access is great. Really great not sharing a crowded beach! The house is spacious, good outdoor space and balcony. Our first stay at this property the sheets on beds were visibly dirty and had sand in them. We did not complain, we just washed them in the washer and dryer that is in the house. Had issues immediately with the dryer door not staying closed so we propped a chair against the door and then worked fine. We didn't even think to report that to the owners at the time due to we were having so much fun and also new to vacation rentals so we just went with it. The owners mistakenly thought we broke the dryer since we didn't report it but thankfully did not charge us , but they gave us a 4 star review and I'm pretty sure the dryer issue was the reason. Our stay this year the appliances worked good. Only thing I would recommend is that the owners could provide better bath towels and washcloths, replace the worn out sheets and bedspread at least in the master, the house could also use new rugs, update some of the worn out furniture, provide more seating in the living room and maybe do some interior painting to spruce things up. But like I said we have stayed here twice, would stay again and we really enjoy PCB!
