This beautiful Renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Duplex is located one block from the dedicated private Bid-a-wee Beach entrance giving you easy access to enjoy one of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
Each side of this spacious duplex is completely renovated from top to bottom! This single story bungalow is perfect for families with children or couples of all ages. No wait for elevators, private parking at your front door. The Flip Flop Inn is as relaxing as her name and is fully decorated with a classy, comfortable flair that makes you instantly feel at home. One bedroom has a pillow soft king size bed and a 58” smart TV and a ceiling fan for your comfort and entertainment. The second bedroom has custom built queen bunk beds made to handle children and adults. This bed is super sturdy and can easily handle 2 adults top and bottom—just remember to watch your head, it is a bunk bed after all! This bedroom also has a 58" smart tv and wall fan. The full renovated bathroom has a tub, spacious vanity and great lighting. The spacious living room is equipped with a smart tv 75", a sofa, two comfy chairs an ottoman and extra pillows for plenty of comfortable seating and even a few board games for family entertainment. The large, open kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the basics for cooking. There’s a large table that seats 4, a bar with additional seating for 4 and a full size washer and dryer to make you feel at home. Outside just get better- you will find an enclosed outside shower to rinse off the sand or just to cool off after a day at the beach. There is a barbeque grill, adirondack chairs along with a fire pit for you to enjoy beautiful Gulf Coast evenings.

In town for a ball tournament, 6 mi (10 minutes) to Publix Sports Complex. Walk across the street for an evening of entertainment at the Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf or the go-cart track. Summary: This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend. It was VERY well stocked with everything we needed. The beach gear was a great bonus. Immaculately clean & walking distance to beach, breakfast and dinner. Would 10/10 recommend & will stay again in the future.

Summary: This house was perfect for us. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. Lillie thought of every detail, and even had some extra items available that you don’t see in every vacation home. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and also close to lots of shopping and great places to eat. Lillie was a wonderful host. She made lots of great restaurant and activity recommendations, and made herself available for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach.

Summary: Very nice, clean, newer appliances and TV. We had everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed like a bodyboard, beach chairs and a cart to cart everything to the beach. The host seems very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. It made us feel very cared for. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Summary: My husband, 16 year old son, our fur baby and I stayed during spring break! The Flip Flop Inn was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach! There are several restaurants within walking distance that were pet friendly. Lillie was great to work with very responsive when I couldn’t find the entry instructions in my email. We highly recommend this home away from home!

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for me and there girl friends to stay in for a long weekend trip. The beach is super close, the house has every possible thing you could ever need (including things like stain remover which proved to be helpful) and all of the extra touches to make the vacation easy. The host was extremely helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Good location. Close to the beach. This place provides everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels. A wagon to haul your stuff. The house is well equiped, having esentials that you often have to run and get. She even had popcorn, a few cans of food, a little coffee to get you started, shampoo, and cream rinse!! She was helpful and always responsive. I would definitely book with her again. 5 stars all the way!
