Positive: Such a well appointed condo-when we arrived there were leftover condiments, oils, etc, which is a huge plus if you plan to cook. Super clean, well stocked condo with kitchen supplies, starter supplies, etc. the beach is fabulous and walking distance to Rum Point Beach Club (on the beach) perfect location for our family/-kids 15 and 13. 100% visiting again for a long weekend!!

Positive: Locations, locations locations. All was just awesome !!
Negative: Too few restaurants in the area. Also with a rental car and gas station a long way away.
Summary: It was the first time my wife and I were at the island and we come back to Rum beach for sure.

Positive: The unit was decorated beautifully and was well stocked with kitchenware. The screened in porch had a lovely view of the beach and ocean. We spent mornings enjoying the view while drinking coffee. The bedroom was huge! There was snorkel gear, a cooler, and so many more vacation necessities available for our use. We will definitely return to here again.
Negative: The only negative was very minor. There were a few ants in the unit and the property owner/manager was very attentive to the issue.
Summary: Wonderful room, perfect for a romantic getaway!

Positive: Location at Rum point is excellent with a lovely beach, coral, turtles etc all on the door step. The busyness of georgetown and all the cruise folk is miles away. This is a most tranquil location.
Negative: Air conditioning runs at high speed and is noisy, so anyone sleeping in the living room ought to be a deep sleeper. Bedroom is beautiful and unaffected.

Negative: the porch screens need cleaning. you’re there to view the ocean views not chips stuck to the screens. the floor on the porch had numerous cigarette burns which I removed with raw lemon set on the stain for about 40 mins. then scrubbed off with a kitchen scrubber with the dish soap. the floor had not been mopped for quite some time. there was a layer of dust on the outside chairs & glass table. after the cleaning it was comfortable to view the ocean.
Summary: it was average to a good stay.
