Negative: A little challenging to find and the driveway is full of potholes. But the bonus is that it is off the beaten path of tourists and is a little gem tucked in a residential neighborhood. There are steps since it’s a second floor condo.

Positive: The house is absolutely stunning and has an ideal location right on a secluded beach. It’s small and cozy, perfect for 1-2 people. The views from the living room/bedroom and the porch are gorgeous. The beach is lovely, and the courtyard with a hammock is delightful as well. The host and the neighbors are also super nice. It’s an ideal getaway. It’s best to have your own car to get groceries or explore the surrounding areas as it’s hard/expensive to get a cab sometimes. But either way, the location is totally worth it.

Positive: Everything. This is a wonderful piece of paradise!! The apartment faces on to the quiet beach and this is easily accessible from the apartment. The beach is secluded and there is even some snorkelling you can do to see some wildlife. This is a nice quiet and private location. The apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, clean with all amenities. If you want a quiet, serene and beautiful place to stay then this apartment is great and you will not be disappointed. If you want "party central" then look for a place in downtown Nassau not here. The host was very helpful and accessible and made things easy.
Negative: Access to the apartment is down a bumpy road so make sure you have a vehicle that can handle this and drive slowly. The open style toilet in the apartment takes a bit of getting used to but you can draw curtains for privacy.
Summary: A piece of paradise - beautiful location, great apartment, beach on the doorstep with a great host!

Positive: We love EVERYTHING!!! It was one of the best vacation spot ever for us. My husband and I had a fabulous time, in this wonderful and cozy place. Just relaxing, no noise, no people wandering around, no drama. Just the waves sound, sun and sand. The host was friendly and open to help us with any inquiry we had. We will definitely, recommend this great place for couples that want to have privacy in a luxury private and safe place. We can't wait to return next time. The Dillons
Negative: No near restaurants or food stores, except Nirvana Beach restaurant. The entire Island is very Pricey! So if you want to enjoy come prepared

Positive: Beautiful spot on the beach and also super close to the airport! Very cute inside with little private outside area.
Negative: The only thing is that because of the one thin door that opens up to the little deck area, when it’s very windy it can be very loud.
