Positive: Super close, easy walk to the beach. Close to all the things . Spacious .
Negative: The shower curtains are moldy. One shower cracked. The living room furniture didn’t look clean. The kitchen was clean!!!!! Bath sink doesn’t drain.
Summary: It was good , but would have been more comfortable if more clean. Communication with I said shower curtains were modeled
