Brand new construction for 2022 with ocean views in the estate size lots section of Ocean Sands Subdivision in Corolla. A 275 foot walk and less than one minute to the beach access. Home features nine bedrooms, EACH with a private bath, elevator access to all three levels, private heated pool with hot tub and tiki bar with outdoor TV. Chef's kitchen with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a gas range. Ground floor rec/game room with pool table and wall mounted flat screen TV. Additional ground floor theater room with seating for eight including five recliners; perfect for fun family movie nights! Two bunk rooms feature four beds each (2 twins and 2 fulls per room--total of 8 beds) in the bunks. Private pool, with outdoor television, tiki bar, and spacious living areas for the entire family. Home features a Sonos sound system throughout; indoor and outdoor speakers. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home.
House Layout: Ground floor features a rec room with full bath, foosball, mini bar with sink and full-size refrigerator and freezer. Theatre room with seating for eight including five recliners. Private custom concrete pool with concrete deck and AstroTurf yard. Shaded tiki bar area with sink and bar seating along with shaded outdoor sofa. Outdoor bathroom with toilet and sink plus outdoor shower in pool area. Outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. Hot tub in pool area. Pool heat is available for an additional fee in the spring and fall.
Second floor features three king master suites with private baths and access to either a private balcony or shared deck. A queen suite with private bath and access to shared deck overlooking the pool area. Two built in bunk bed rooms each with private baths. An additional queen sleeper sofa is located in the hallway alcove. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers also on this level.
Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, gas range with commercial hood, microwave, coffee station with two Keurig and two regular coffee makers. Large kitchen island with counter height seating for seven. Large dining table with seating for 20. Living room with 85" wall mounted television, access to the deck overlooking the pool area, powder room. Three king master suites with full baths and deck access are located on the third floor. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions for cable or streaming your subscription services.
The subdivision is located along the bike/multiuse path in Corolla for ease of transportation in the area as well.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).
Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,

Summary: The house had everything you could possibly need. We were 15 adults and one toddler. The huge common area was fabulous for preparing our meals, or just share a cocktail or a cup of coffee. We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The pool area had plenty of seating for everyone , both in the sun or in the shade. Two BBQ’s , three refrigerators , two dishwashers , two washer dryers. Owner kept in contact all week.

It accommodated our large party of multiple families beautifully, with nice, private spaces and great, spacious common areas. The kitchen was just right for making and cleaning up large meals. We had all the tools and equipment needed. Glassware and plastic — perfect for eating in and out by the pool! The dining area accommodated our large group so everyone could eat together. We loved the balconies and seating (insider tip, the sofa on the middle floor balcony is PERFECT for disappearing to take a nap!). Seating upstairs was just right for gathering and chatting after dinner or watching a movie — the movie room was great as well.The pool was large, refreshing and clean, as was the hot tub. The 3 house walk to the beach was perfect for our group with some walking challenges, as was the elevator. Very helpful! The hosts were excellent, very responsive and knowledgeable. When we had an issue, they were on top of it and had it resolved within an a few hours. We were very pleased with the peaceful cup-de-sac as well. Overall, excellent! Summary: We had a group of 7 families with 21 people overall and this was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. There was plenty of room and opportunities to chill. The closeness of the beach and having a pool on site was awesome. The kitchen with 2 fridges and dishwashers was a big plus. I don’t think anyone had a single thing bad to say about the place and almost everyone stated they would like to come back again.

It was well laid out and had ample room so everyone could have their space and privacy and enjoy each other's company as a large group. The house was very well maintained and equipped with towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The house was well represented in the pictures. The pool with wrap around porches kept everyone engaged with each other. Bedrooms provided plenty of room and bathrooms were clean and spacious. It was short walk to the beach and short ride to shops or the 4WD beach access to see the wild horses. It was close enough to walk back for lunch or to retrieve a forgotten item after you have settled at the beach. The lifeguard stand was right at the access too. The management company was on time with arrival preparations and was very responsive during the week, although we only had one small request during our stay. They communicated very well. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group vacation and will look into its availability for out future family vacations.

Summary: House was great. Property manager was super responsive and addresses anything in timely fashion. Sunrise over the ocean and sunrise over the sound views from the 3rd floor great room, what’s not to like! It was awesome he pool was shaded most of the afternoon due to orientations we spent morning at the beach, afternoons at the pool and nights back on the beach
