Positive: The host is very responsive. The place is very well curated and we have everything we need and some more. Love the heated bathroom and well stocked necessities. Good coffee is much appreciated. Parking is easy, easy walk to the beach and Harris Farm market. Kids love the books and the toys. I recommend this to everyone. 10/10

Positive: Great space to socialise, rooms were perfect and the location is great. We had such a beautiful time there, heaps of space for us to play games, we got three girls on the rug doing yoga and hello heated floors in the bathroom was so nice!
Negative: Honestly for a last minute booking in the middle of winter it was not cheap. We had shocking weather so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outside spaces but can’t fault the accom.

Positive: Everything exceeded our expectations. The owner was incredible and swift at replying and very helpful. The location, facilities and everything small thing down to the finer details were incredible. Could not fault an absolute thing. And would most definitely stay here again.

Negative: Late check in and then was messaged at 3.58pm to say cleaners were running an hour late. Was already at property and had to sit there while the cleaners changed all the beds. Which took another hour. Not good enough really. There were no dinner plates in the kitchen?? The couch is too small for the number of guests that can stay at the property. Was unaware it was a split level house and we only had access to the top level with no access to either the front or backyard. Photo's on booking.com are deceiving.

Negative: Garage is a little too small car only just fitted. Dishwasher didn’t work and when we arrived the oven had to do a self clean which took an hour, so we had to wait until it finished to start cooking. The BBQ could also do with one flat plate.
