Positive: The hosts were responsive, apartment was as advertised.
Negative: The apartment was not ready for me coming despite booking 2 weeks in advance and getting messages daily about my upcoming stay. After being up at 03.00hrs travelling down doing a full days work, to arrive at approx 7pm and the apartment not being ready was disappointing. In fairness as soon as I contacted the owner they did come and sort it out promptly. So I was grateful for that. They did also offer an Indian take away on them as a means to apologise (I had already eaten by then so politely refused - but was a nice gesture). Despite this was a pleasant enough stay Thank you.

Positive: Bijou ground floor apartment. Well fitted out and all on one level. Very convenient for both shops and public transport for travelling into Eastbourne/Brighton.

Positive: The owner Yasin was very helpful and friendly, made sure we had tea, coffee, biscuits and milk ready for our arrival. 2 minute walk to the beach and town centre.
