2 Bedroom Cottage in Hunston, Chichester

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed living space with spacious upstairs double bedroom and smaller downstairs living space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchenette area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with your own separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK on request! We provide a microwave (and 2 ring worktop cooker if required).
We are close to Southend Barns, the beaches at West Wittering and East Head, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage on request.
The Annexe is ideal for either 1 or 2 adults (sleeping in upstairs double bed bedroom) or adult(s) with up to 2 children (sleeping in single beds downstairs). If 2 couples book and the second couple want to use the downstairs single beds, that's also fine although the bathroom can only be accessed through the downstairs living area where the single beds are. (The Annexe is quite small for 4 adults.) When not in use, the 2nd single bed slides under the first to form a day bed/sofa. In the kitchenette, there is a sink, mini fridge and a microwave. Please note there is no door between the upstairs and downstairs areas, just a staircase.
Guest access
The Annexe has its own separate front door accessed from the drive and independent of our house. Use of front garden for well behaved children and pets! There is plenty of parking on the drive for 2 guest cars.

Summary: Very well presented place, everything you need and close to lots of places to visit, WiFi was dodgy, but that is being upgraded to fibre very soon

Summary: Handy location for Chichester and surrounding area. Property was clean and well presented although access to upper sleeping floor may present a challenge to those with limited mobility. Communication with owners was excellent and instructions to get to location were clear.Definitely one to stay at again.

Summary: Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.

Summary: Lovely small annex to house. It gave us everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for local sights. Footpath to the canal at the side of the property. On quite a busy road, but the house is set back, so very peaceful. Loved the seaside themed decor, all very nicely done and very clean. On arrival Julie gave us all the info on the annex and location, which gave us a good start. Communication with Julie on website and text was always very prompt. We would definitely return.

Summary: This place was a great stop in a convenient location for 3 adults. It was clean, quiet and cozy, with key box checkin/out. The host was very prompt and responsive. Pros were an efficiency kitchenette and parking, cons were a very compact bathroom and no real lounge area. About 1.5h to Heathrow Airport during commuting traffic. Thanks Julie!

Summary: Very cute and comfortable space. Julie was there to greet us and show us around, pointing out the quirky things we needed to know. She also suggested places to visit and for meals.
