Summary: The beach house was just what we needed. Just big enough that we didn't feel cramped, but small enough that it was cozy. Loved the fire pit. Also loved the accessibility to things even though we felt like we were further off the beaten path. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We wanted to spend the weekend near Erie to visit a friend. This was our first time traveling with our dogs. This was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, quiet and lots of area to walk our dogs. Everything was exactly as described and Jeff answered all our questions prior to our stay. Only 20 minutes from Erie/Presque Isle so visiting our friend and Presque Isle was easy.

Summary: This property was exactly what we wanted! A nice place to spend the long weekend with our family and dogs. We went sun-tue so we had the whole property to ourselves which was nice. As long as you'd have good people staying in the other house on the property, there would be no problems! We loved the location and it was very easy to get to Bayside Erie and Presque Isle. We enjoyed checking out some local places too like Peggy Grey's candy.

Summary: Perfect location for our DDay reenactment experience! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our host was accessible. There was a storm and no power or water so we had to leave early. Host was very understanding. We will probably use this location again.
