Positive: I have blocked from the beach, on a busy street with nightlife and eater Reeves, ample on lot parking, wine happy hour, clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast!
Negative: I haven't had a chance to not like it yet and I've booked it twice in the last six months. Booking again today.

Positive: The location was perfect, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff answered questions in a friendly way and seemed happy to chat with us. There was plenty of hot water , and it was nice to have coffee or tea to go whenever we wanted it. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and the young women at the desk are to be commended for being so kind (even though they were working during the holiday).
Negative: We are seniors and a bit unsure of our footing, so one grab bar in the shower would have been helpful. We had some trouble getting channels on the TV, but we figured it out.
