This Beach Home sits on over 2 ½ acres of prime beachfront in Spreckelsville, Maui, HI, containing stately palms, variety of bamboos and lush tropical plants. This gated property offers a secluded and protected launching beach, spacious lawn for rigging and storing gear. There is a large twenty by forty foot swimming pool. Truly an island gem! Trade winds come right up to its beach offering the perfect launch to ride the world's finest waters & waves.
This Beach Home takes advantage of a gorgeous setting with a relaxing deck, large yard and direct beach access. You are renting a part of the larger home. It contains 1 bedroom, 2 baths, dining area, living room and your own outdoor deck with grill. The pool, yard and the laundry room is shared with us.
It's perfect for the water sport enthusiast and families with young or older children. No long walkways from your room to the beach. This is a true beachfront property.
We are 5 min by car to Paia and Kahului. Costco, Safeway, Whole Foods, Target and Walmart are within 5-10 minutes by car in Kahului. Local grocery stores offer online shopping and no-contact pick up, some offer delivery, too.

Summary: Beautiful property with perfect beach access. The home is beautiful inside with everything that you could possibly need. The owners have made this beach house into a true paradise. When you walk in you are amazed with the absolute gorgeous interior and picture perfect view of the ocean.

Summary: I booked this place because my other booking on Maui was cancelled due to water damage to the house. Glad I did, very roomy and well appointed house. Grounds and pool are spectacular. I wish we had this kitchen at home. Nice private sandy beach is right at the end of the property.
