Positive: Nice place, helpful staff, great location, free airport shuttle, good restaurant.
Negative: The only thing we didn't like was that you have to ask 24 hours earlier to clean the room.

Positive: Beautiful grounds & pool. Close to a beach.
Negative: Bathrooms are clean but very outdated. The only issue we had was with the shuttle driver. He refused to transport our 5 your old. We had a national safety board approved harness, but even though the manager said it was ok, the driver said he was only allowed to transport children with a buster seat. We had to get a taxi which didnโ€™t question the harness & the front desk comped the amenities fee to make up for it.
