Positive: It’s very good value for money .ive now been 3 times and the lady who owns it always doing something to freshen it up.either new flooring or curtains .
Negative: There’s nothing not to like just do your research before you go .The caravan is near a railway track as is a lot caravans in Abergele.it hasn’t put me off going you get use to them .
Summary: Value and excellent place to stay .A good base to travel to areas of interest around North wales.

Positive: Good location nice clean and quiet . Although near the train line the train went by quickly and stopped at night but made you feel like you was on holiday . We loved the swimming pool on the sister site and there was a charge but put into content for the good price for the caravan was worth it. The club house and children's area's was good.
Negative: In the nice quiet end of the park the bins was quite a walk away. Everything else was great.
Summary: A very well equipped caravan with lots of extras, and value for money will return .
