Positive: The team messaged prior to our stay on the day, ensuring a smooth check-in for us after a long drive. Rebecca was there to greet us and the heater was turned on before we arrived, in readiness for a chilly evening. The accommodation offers a spacious living / dining space, with a functional kitchen, which was convenient for when we decided to stay in for meals. The place itself was very clean and tidy - I was pleasantly surprised when I found that even the carpet under the bed was clean, after I moved the double bed against the wall to prevent my child from falling at night. It is located centrally, Rebecca recommended a few restaurants and cafes for us to try locally and they did not disappoint. It's also just a bridge away from the astonishing beach, where we got to enjoy a walk during sunrise. It's also worth mentioning that the hot water didn't work for us, and when communicated to the team, it was resolved very promptly, even though it was after hours at 7-8 pm.
Negative: The wifi is not very reliable.

Positive: The fact that host came up and spent sometime taking us through local maps/ things to do 🙏 and house rules.
Negative: - The bed in one of the room made squeaking noise with the slightest of movement, was hard to go to sleep. - No tissues or napkins for the price, I understand $220-250 in off peak season is a budget accommodation but providing tissue box isn’t a big thing ( which many other places do) - Upon checking in, reminder of heavy cleaning charges 2-3 times can make situation a little uncomfortable.
Summary: Very Clean and tidy property but please fix your bed.

Positive: Freshly refurbished, beautifully appointed, spacious, & spotlessly clean unit. Set back from the road & distanced well between other cabins…so quiet. Easy stroll to shops, cafes, beach…everything.
Negative: Maybe a corner unit to put toilet bags on rather than on the floor. Bigger bed quilt…king size so there’s more cover.
