Positive: I stayed here for two nights. The property is managed by malc and mick. It’s got parking outside and it’s conveniently located with a five min walk to hounds hill shopping centre and coral island etc. the place is clean and more than value for money. Nothing was too much trouble in my stay. I travelled alone and felt very safe and comfortable. It was my birthday and I even got a card and a present. Which was amazing. The small touches like that go a long way. The room was a good size and if you’re travelling for work there was desk space. The bathroom was en-suite and had an excellent shower in there. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Blackpool. They definitely get 11/10

Positive: The two men were so polite and welcoming! Room was spacious and exactly like the photos

Negative: There was a funny smell in the porch/main entrance maybe some air fresheners or something! Other than that nothing to complain about great location, easy accessible free parking and the staff were so welcoming

Positive: Had a lovely clean and comfortable room. The bed was amazing. Had such a lovely stay and Mal was very welcoming. Early check in and free parking was a bonus. We even got out in a larger room than booked. Would highly recommend.
