Built in 2015. Beautiful 4 bedroom “beach oasis home”, is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, minutes by boat, to the open seas of the Gulf of Mexico. You will not want to miss staying at the most colorful community at the beach.

Summary: I came with my family for my sister’s birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. Having a private beach was perfect for my 2 year old great niece. Plenty of room for everyone. 5 minutes from public beach. Very quiet and peaceful and would highly recommend to anyone, especially with a family. The owner was quickly to respond with any questions I had. We will definitely rebook this property.

Summary: Beautiful home! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our family loved being able to go to the beach right out our door then a short walk across the street to the pool. It’s perfect for families with kids. Makes it so easy being steps away from the beach. Don’t have to pack up a bunch of food, drinks, chairs or sand toys because it’s right there. We hope to stay there again in the future. The owner was very kind and took great care of us!

Summary: The house was beautiful and clean! The bay view was outstanding. To walk out the door and be on your own private beach was the best. It was also 5 minutes away from the perdido key state park which has a great beach for playing in the surf. The house had everything we needed- even stuff in the garage for the beach. We even added a few boogie boards for the next group! Highly recommend!

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay. The townhouse has plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The extras were awesome, too. I have never stayed in a rental that was this well supplied. Not only was the kitchen well equipped, but extra soap, detergent, beach towels and chairs were provided. We loved being able to walk out directly to the beach. The area wasn’t overcrowded which led to a relaxing week. This was definitely a favorite of ours!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay at the Banana Bay condo. The condo was clean and ready for us, the instructions were good. We had no problem with the gate or condo codes. WiFi was strong and TV had local cable plus Netflix. The location on the intercostal was excellent, we enjoyed happy hour on the veranda watching the boat and ship traffic. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in this beautiful condo in the future.
