Sits directly on the ocean front, near the town of La Entrada, has its own parking place, its 2 and a half hours from Guayaquil Airport and 40 minutes away from Salinas Airport, Direct access from the main road, its 10 kilometers north of the turist town of Montaรฑita but in a quiet stretch of Beach, Free Internet and Wifi. Care takers living directly inside property can provide assistance. Cleaning and other services as airport transfers or taxis can be provided as required.

Summary: Beautiful property right on the beach. Enjoyed the pool and barbecue area. Access to washer & dryer provided. Would recommend renting a car to access nearby towns and parks. John, the owner, provided many suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Our only issue was that the kitchen dishes were not clean and there was no dish cloth provided. Nonetheless would happily return.

Summary: This is the second time weโ€™ve stayed here and we love it. Itโ€™s perfect for a group vacation where you just want to relax. Kitchen is always well-stocked with the basics. We were also able to have surfboards delivered from Olรณn to be able to surf right outside the house!

Summary: The kitchen was very well stocked, and our group of friends had a lovely time cooking together all weekend. It felt very homey, and the space/seating areas made us spend more time together around the property than out on the town. We even saw whales from the patio in the middle of breakfast! The view/proximity to the ocean was ideal, and the beach was very quiet and private. The hot tub is in excellent condition and very clean, so this is the perfect low season choice. The caretaker was close by in case we had any questions, and John was very easy to communicate with. During the trip, we started planning for when we would like to return! Thanks for a great stay and great memories :)

Summary: We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this home right on the shore. Just right for two couples. The indoor living space would be tight with more than four but the outdoor space more than made up for it. We loved hearing the waves as we drifted off to sleep, then getting up early to warch lines of pelicans skimming the crests. Very few people on the beach, and most seemed to be locals just going about their daily routine. We enjoyed walking through La Entrada and catching a bus now and then to Olon. John was a very accommodating host who gave us some good suggestions for where to go and how to get around. The Momo restaurant in Olon served surprisingly gourmet meals and we loved sampling some of Los Dulces sweets in La Entrada. We will stay there again if we get the chance to return.
