Positive: The welcome on arrival by the friendly assistant Jeffery worked fine. The apartment is basically good and very well located with a good balcony and wifi works fine. Some car noise from the street. The apartment is a bit worn and needs help and a facelift. The cleanliness was not top notch. I am an honest person and would therefore like to state that the description is not correct: - It says, - Bedroom 2 single beds and - Living room 1 sofa bed. This is not correct. There is one living room with 1 double bed 3/4, but the bed is ok. In the living room there is also 1 sofa bed and 1 dining table with 4 chairs, so everything in one room. - Tumble dryer, - there is not. - Jacuzzi, - there is not. There is a bathtub. - Free toiletries, - there were not, - only hand soap. - Hot tub/Jacuzzi, - there is not. - Minimarket on site, there is not, but nearby. There were a few simple things that did not work when we arrived. However, it took the owner four days to get it (partially) fixed. It should be emphasized that the assistant Jeffery is very helpful. Despite the above, we would like to rent the apartment again another time. Remember that honesty lasts the longest, that's why I write these words.

Positive: Absolutely wonderful week in Nice thanks to this accomodation. We were completely satisfied. The appartment was clean, everything (air conditioning, TV etc. worked well) and the best of all is the location - right on the beach, by the crosswalk and in the calmer part of the promenade (there are more people closer to the center and the beach is also dirtier there). The apartment has everything you could need during the week (hairdryer, cooker, washing mashine, dishes etc.). The communicatipn with the host was perfect.
Negative: I would have appreciated some shelves for clothes or a chest of drawers, but it is just a minor detail.
Summary: Great accomodation in Nice, I highly recommend!

Positive: The property was spacious and clean. The building was very quiet. There are supermarkets around and easy access to the trams. The location was right in front of the beach so we easily had access to relax at the beach by just walking across the road. Air conditioning was working perfectly, amazing view to be city and beach front. The host was fantastic people and very good communication during the process of our staying at the property. This is highly recommended.

Positive: Lift as on 5th floor The sea view and Balcony wow Back door to get to shops easier Wi-fi Kitchen fridge microwave Bathroom lovely toilet sink and shower fine.
Negative: It was mis-represented as a 1 bedded room with twin beds in the first instance. We got a studio apartment. As a mum and son age 45 this was not ideal. We made the best of it as there was a sofa bed. I was informed of the mistake but I had already booked and paid for our transport for our trip as we were travelling by Train to London and Paris then Nice. Which could not be undone. There were minor details such as we asked for extra towels as we had an incident occurred where I had to clean bath before having shower and had to use one towel to stop me from slipping when in. So we had to use two towels we had and asked for new ones twice which did not arrive. We asked for a late checkout as our plane was not till late on in evening but we still had to leave at 11.00 am even though new people not coming in till 3.00pm we were informed. Surely a compromise could have been reached?
Summary: We made the best of the apartment that we could which was the Balcony and the View

Positive: Right on the seafront so nice views. Nice and convenient for the tram which ran behind the building
Negative: No WiFi. Front door of main building being locked at night so then had to walk round to the back entrance as no key for that door

Positive: Great views over the ocean , handy for the airport and quieter beach. On the 5th floor which made it more secure Short tram ride from the airport!
Negative: TV didn't work, glass doors didn't lock, cloths in kitchen not clean, shower leaked over bathroom floor, lack of cutlery and limited facilities. Very basic decor! Did not see the owners at all.
