4 Bedroom House in Henley Beach

Relax and unwind in this beautiful character home looking over stunning ocean views and magical sunsets, and listening to the soothing sounds of the sea. Everything is at your doorstepโ€”shops, restaurants, cafes, etc., even work in the city centre. The house accommodates up to 10 people, and is for your exclusive use.
Ideal for family, friends, business stays, anyone wanting a comfortable and relaxing, beach stay, close to the city centre, wine and gourmet food regions.
We have four large bedrooms, all with ample storage, with feature ornamental fireplaces:
ยญ Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed, 2 wardrobes, suitcase stand
ยญ Bedroom 2 - 1 king bed, 1 tall boy with 6 drawers, suitcase stand
ยญ Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed, 1 wardrobe
ยญ Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds (which convert to 1 king bed or 4 low rise single beds), 2 wardrobes.
NB: Requests for KING BED or 4 SINGLES must be made at least ONE WEEK before arrival.
Other spaces available include:
โ€ข Two separate living areas: a living room towards the front of the house and a rear sunroom with French doors opening on to the outdoor area. Both spaces have a smart TV
โ€ข Enclosed verandah from which to sit and take in the sunset
โ€ข Fully equipped kitchen
โ€ข Separate dining area with beach views.
โ€ข Spacious rear yard with a paved outdoor entertaining area and pergola. Includes gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. You can enjoy a private outdoor dining experience where you can open the side gate to take in the beach view while eating alfresco.
The property includes:
โ€ข All bed linen and towels, including beach towels.
โ€ข Bathroom with a full sized bath tub, lots of storage, all the essentials including, hand soap, body wash, moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and toilet paper.
โ€ข Separate laundry/bathroom with toilet and shower, plus washing machine and condenser dryer.
โ€ข Ducted heating and cooling throughout for year round comfort. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms
โ€ข Free WIFI
โ€ข Fully fenced property with a security alarm system.
We also provide (free of chargeโ€”but please give us advance notice):
โ€ข portacot;
โ€ข change table;
โ€ข baby bath;
โ€ข high chair; and
โ€ข toddler chair.
Parking is off-street at the rear, behind radio operated gates. There is space for up to two cars.
We have a security video doorbell at the front door pointing towards the beach. We also have a security camera at the back of the property pointing towards the driveway and back gate. These are always on and will be on during your stay. There are no security devices within the house.

This 4 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, TV, Oceanfront, for your convenience. Summary: There were 10 of us ( 2 families) age ranging 11 to 55 including 5 teenagers, the house was beautiful with lots of character , Iโ€™ve never stayed in a house with so many provisions and every gadget you ever needed, from washer dryer to milk foamer and everything in between. The house was spotless and what a great location , the sunsets were stunning viewed from the front orangery( think thatโ€™s what itโ€™s called ) . Henley beach is a fabulous location, lots of beautiful walks , cafรฉs,restaurants bars , and great bus service into the centre or an Uber for about $24 . Our hosts were available for any queries we needed , as I said Ida and Robert left so many provisions from tea, coffee pods , every condiment needed, cereals and much much more , they even supplied us with some fizz as we were celebrating my father in laws 80th birthday.thank you Robert and Ida , hopefully we will return to your beautiful house

Summary: This property is a beautifully presented charming house in Henley Beach. You are only a few steps away from the beach, shops and all the wonderful restaurants and cafes Henley Square has on offer. The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated and has all the mod cons required to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Beautifully appointed bedrooms with nice comfy beds and pillows. Nice bathrooms and kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this house for couples and families.

Summary: Home looked great in photos but was even more amazing in real life. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The location to beautiful beach, shops, cafes & restaurants was fantastic. Thank you Robert & Ida for great communication as well

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Henley Beach. The home was the best equipped home I have rented, a wonderful welcome hamper, everything you need around the house, in kitchen etc. Very thoughtfully done, and spotlessly clean throughout. Great location, opposite beach. Just a few minutes' walk to Henley square with many excellent restaurant options. great location to base yourself from if touring Adelaide region or if just want to hang at the beach.

Summary: Exceptionally well presented home. Very clean and comfortable. Provision of all towels, linen, beach equipment and breakfast items for our first morning was a lovely surprise. Only main down fall for us was the living area and front room being quite cold. Some additional hearing in these rooms for winter stays would be ideal. All in all very good and would certainly stay again especially in summer, but imagine the car park out the front would be exceptionally busy in summer months.
