Positive: It was perfect for my family. Beach in your backyard and loved it was a free standing home which is very rare to find.

Negative: Would have loved the kitchen as oven, stovetop to be on the ground floor.

Positive: Great place if you are looking for somewhere to stay with a big group. The house was incredibly spacious with 2 kitchens, a roof top deck and two living spaces.

Positive: The property was a great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Lovely beaches

Negative: The property needs a little TLC. Faulty light switch bottom left of stairs first floor. Other visitors food left in cupboards and fridge ( bread, open biscuits , pizza in fridge) . Main fridge had a bad smell, main kitchen draws need cleaning. Hole in back deck and rotting boards make unsafe .

Summary: We had lovely family time and enjoyed the stunning views from the property.

Positive: the location of this spacious property is great for families or groups of friends. The floor plan works really well for multiple families. It is right on the beach, close to everything, including a cafe, 711, bars & restaurants.

Negative: Sadly there are a number of maintenance issues which need urgent addressing. Access was delayed as our booking had been forgotten, and access code updates werent provided prior to our arrival.
