Positive: Amazing location across from the beach, beautiful clean studio, very comfy bed!

Negative: No sink in the kitchenette but able to make do with the bathroom sink just fine. Robin kindly offered to leave dishes outside the door for her to run through the dishwasher but not nececessary.
