Summary: The house was very humid, surfaces were wet and sticky. The property definitely needs a dehumidifier. Views are wonderful and deck is awesome!

Summary: Overall the property met all of our needs, fantastic porch and access to the beach, we were disappointed that the yard desperately needed to be mowed and there was a lot of dog waste in the yard, also the house was very musty on our arrival and there was not a welcome book with any instructions, otherwise everything was great.

Summary: HOUSE AND LOCATION WERE GREAT. VIEW IS AMAZING. HOWEVER WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT STAYING LATER ON SATURDAY WE WERE TOLD THE HOUSE WAS BEING USED. SO WE JUST ASKED TO USE THE OUTDOOR SHOWER INSTEAD AS LONG AS WE CLEANED UP. WE WERE TOLD NO ON BOTH ASKS. PARKED ON BEACH AND STAYED LATER AND NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE HOUSE TO CLEAN IT OR CHECK IN. SO I GUESS IT IS JUST THEIR POLICY TO SAY NO TO ANY EXTRA REQUESTS. COULD HAVE JUST BEEN HONEST AND SAID NO MEANS NO. LEFT A BAD TASTE.

Summary: The pictures didn’t do it justice. It’s really nicer and cozier than it looks online. The porch was lovely for sitting outside in the morning and drinking your coffee while watching the waves come in.
