It is a duplex of 90m2 in a new villa with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. He was thinking four seasons. Its interior architecture is based on the modularity and optimization of space.
On the ground floor a kitchen of 20 m2, equipped with all the equipment.
A generously sized central table, with a porcelain tray, provides both functions, a worktop and a convivial meeting point. Perched on a barstool we keep in touch with the blue of the sea, sipping fresh fruit juice (or pastis).
In summer operation this space is designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean sweetness. A large pocket bay connects the room to a large wooden terrace of 50m2. You will find a barbecue, a wooden table for 6 people and a living room. By the sea the in-out relationship is paramount.
On the night side, always on this level, a bedroom and its bathroom with walk-in shower occupy an additional 20 m2. The bedding is in 160. A small bay window gives direct access to another wooden terrace.
The floor is a luxury hotel room of 45m2. As in a suite, you can open all the space or separate by a large sliding door of 3.60 m. The sofa being convertible the living room is easily transformed into a third bedroom, or cinema ... A quality video projector allows TV reception on a screen of 2.50 ...
A balcony on the sea extends the place, the view widens. On one side the small port of Narbonne Plage on the other the rocks of the Spanish coast. In between, the huge sandy beach.
The mineral dominates in the large bathroom, 2 sinks and a walk-in shower complete the comfort area of the house. The bedding is in 160.

Summary: The apartment was comfortable and suitable for our needs. The owners lived in the flat above ours. They were delightful people who allowed us space, but were immediately available should we have needed them. We particularly liked the private afforded by the terrace and were able to take all of our meals outside. If circumstances allow us to return to Narbonne Place, we would have no hesitation in returning to this property.

Summary: We, dutch couple in middle life, were very delighted with the nine days stay at this apartment. The owners are very nice people and all the time ready willling answer our questions. We rent the apartment for 7 days and because of the owners meaning not every day nice weather they allowed us to stay 2 days for free. The apartment is very luxury, a well-appointed home. It is situated direct to the beach and boulevard with vieuws to the sea and harbour. It is to be recommended.

Summary: Second time at this apartment which has everything you need we're not great at eating out so cooked every day, the kitchen has all the utensils you need with nice patio area outside for alfresco eating. Adequate sleeping areas with lots of wardrobe space and lovely ensuite wetroom. Cosy upstairs lounge with small balcony and amazing unobstructed front line views across the ocean. Excellent TV Projector Bluray player with a good selection of both French and American dvd's, Satellite TV with the European Channels + BBC World news and France24 news in English. Great place for a base for exploring the surrounding countryside 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne and less than 90 minutes drive from a whole host of castles, abbey's and gorges 20 minutes from Narbonne itself with it's river, cathedral and shops and excellent food hall. And not forgetting the massive clean beach right outside the apartment itself. Recommended.

Summary: Simply, a beautiful seaside holiday house.It was ideal, an absolutely ,well equipped ,clean and stylish house. Everything was very well organized, parking right in front of the house and an amazing view of the sea from the house.We hope to return to this house for another Summer holiday.

Summary: The apartment was easy to find with on street car parking right outside, and is perfectly located right on the seafront with amazing views from the 1st floor balcony. It is decorated very modern and stylish with 2 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms, the kitchen was very well equipped with just about any utensil you could need and plenty of seating around the island with a table and chairs to eat at outside on the patio area, which also had a barbecue and sun loungers. The property was clean and tidy and well looked after. The Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and we are already talking of visiting again. Thoroughly Recommended

Summary: A Very stylish and modern designed and furnished house with a perfect sea view! Narbonne Plage is maybe not the place to be, but this house is the perfect place for relaxed vacations at the sea. Kasia is a very attentive and nice landlord. So, we will come back :)!

Summary: This is a perfect house if you want to combine sea, relax and comfort. The view from the 1st floor is spectacular. Everything you need is present in the house, from nice dinner plates till chairs for the beach. The house is modern and practical with the kitchen directly at the terras/garden (with nice chairs and a dinner table) and the living room (with comfortable couch and chairs)on the 1st floor looking over the sea. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is perfect with the big rain shower. Plenty of room in the big closet to hang your clothes. There is a separate sleeping room with shower behind the kitchen. Wifi is good. In the aerea are many things to do and see. Shops and restaurants are in 5 min walking distance. We thank you Kasia for your warm welcome and attention during our stay. We enjoyed it very much!

Summary: we had an amazing holiday in narbonne plage in this villa. It is a stones throw from the beach (which was extremely quiet and lovely and sandy). The property is a great location. On the edge of the main restaurants and shops (5/10 min walk) which is great. Welcomed with wine and chocolates to the villa; it was modern, lots of light and spacious for a 2 bedroom. The property contained all the equipment and utensils for the kitchen, although there was no kettle just a coffee machine (so had to boil water in a saucepan for tea). Even provided beach toys for our children! It didn't get 5 stars was because we had a crawling baby (and toddler) and the lounge was dangerous due to large gaps in the bannisters they could crawl through and fall down the middle of the stairs. We dealt with this by moving chairs to block it. It also had a projector instead of a tv which meant you had to close the curtains to be able to see the tv during the day. It didn't always get good reception in the evening either. We would stay here again if we returned to narbonne plage.
