Summary: Excellent location we love staying on the Plantation. Beautiful secluded area. The house is outdated, upper bedroom window screen is broken. Second bedroom door to balcony is fogged over. Sink in kitchen broken. The house needs some TLC other than that our stay was great!

Convenient boardwalk right beside the house. Washing machine and dryer giving you the ability to take home fresh clean laundry. Have stayed here 3 times with family.

The expansive windows provide a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The wrap around deck is fabulous. Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms give lots of clean, comfortable space. SunBird’s Plantation location is ideal for beach walking and bike riding. Suncoast Vacation Rental was an excellent property manager.
