3 Bedroom House in Treasure Beach Village, Eastpoint

Stardust Villa is our family vacation home in the private, gated community called "The Plantation on St George Island" (west end of St George Island). This 1st tier property is a (3) bed, (3) bath, 2200 square foot home with private pool, outdoor shower, and is on the bike path. We are only 100 steps from the beach with easy boardwalk access! Our property is situated on a large, private lot surrounded with more than 15 palm trees, oak trees, and natural vegetation. Our home has stainless-steel appliances, Samsung steam washer and dryer, leather couch, Pottery Barn and West Elm furniture, Kohler bath fixtures. You will love the easy-care tile floors throughout the home and the new hardwood wood flooring upstairs. Stardust Villa offers sweeping Gulf views from every room of the house. Our home can accommodate up to 8 people.
The kitchen is a cook's kitchen stocked with a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart toaster oven and toaster, Ninja blender, Crockpot, hand mixer, Viking cookware, pottery serveware, a wide assortment of barware, glassware, Orca insulated tumblers, (2) complete sets of dishes, high-end knives, etc. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from the kitchen! The dining room table comfortably seats (8) and there is additional kitchen counter bar seating.
The house has (3) bedrooms, each with ensuite bath:
* 1st floor bedroom with KING bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, outdoor deck
* 1st floor bedroom with (2) TWIN beds, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, outdoor deck
(NOTE: TWIN BEDS CAN CONVERT TO A KING WITH ADVANCE NOTICE)
* 2nd floor bedroom with (2) QUEEN beds, ensuite bath
-All bathrooms have hair dryers and tub/shower combinations.
-A portable crib fits perfectly in the large walk-in closets (no crib provided).
-A 4th outdoor shower is beneath our home for showering after a sandy day at the beach or pool.
Our home has a very private pool that can be heated upon request (additional charge). In the pool area there are (5) Polywood lounge chairs, pool umbrellas, and a picnic table.
Beneath the house there is a Weber Performer charcoal grill, an outdoor fish cleaning table, an enclosed outdoor shower, and comfortable patio seating. The upper deck has a picnic table and the pool area also has a picnic table.
We provide bikes,Tommy Bahama / Nautica backpacking & reclining beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, a beach cart, (8) beach towels are provided for trips to the pool or beach.
We also provide (4) LCD TVs with ROKU devices and HULU Live streaming service (use ROKU to access your own streaming services), a DVD player, stereo, IPOD docks, high speed wireless internet access (Mediacom), and direct phone line for complimentary local/long distance calling.
In the spacious laundry room you will find tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, beach bags, bike tools/pump, assorted bike helmets, iron/drying rack/ironing board, etc.
There is a large antique chest in the great room filled with more than 20 board games, puzzles, and card games for a rainy day.
Enjoy a good read from our library of more than 200 books...a book for any age!
We are on a barrier island and in the event of a power outage there is emergency lighting in the kitchen as well as flashlights, candles, medical kit, etc.
Three separate HVAC units provide zoned heating and cooling to our home.
As our guests, you have access to The Plantation's (2) large community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a workout room, Clubhouse, bayside kayak launch, etc.
Towels, sheets, and all linens are hot water sanitized.
No Pets & No Smoking allowed.

Summary: The house had everything we needed for a beach vacation...kitchen fully stocked, beach towels, beach gear, etc. It was very clean and very comfortable!! Everything was so well organized and labeled, which made it easy to navigate the house. The house feels very private and is a short, easy walk to the beach! Loved it!

Summary: Stardust was a great choice for our family. The use of bikes and everything you need for the beach simplified our packing and rentals. There is far more in the kitchen than you really need, overall, a good property just a quick walk to the beach. Their beach wagon made taking all the chairs and umbrellas a snap and the quantity of all the beach items they have made our stay much easier, they even have pickleball paddles, skim boards and little beach tables for your snacks! Views from the 1st floor are great, and from the 2nd floor they are exceptional. Thank you for sharing your home. It was a terrific vacation.

Summary: Our first time to SGI. Everything about this house was as described. Our hosts were easily accessible and very helpful. We had everything that we needed for days spent on the beach. The cart to haul chairs, umbrellas, etc to the beach was extremely helpful. We loved having the bikes to explore the island. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay with our 3 children for spring break. The house is well-equipped and well-stocked. For our family of 5, we truly appreciated the multiple washers and dryers, extra beach towels, beach toys/chairs, and bicycles, as well as the option to heat the pool (needed for our chillier weather). The A/C was a bit wonky in the true master and didn't appear to cool very well but with the weather being cool, it wasn't a big deal and the ceiling fan worked extremely well to offset. We did notice on the wooden steps/decking, some of the boards were loose and some nails were poking up, which may be worth looking into for repairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

Summary: We loved our stay. The reviews are correct….Jim and Ann think of everything you might need. We had a great time and my daughter (13) loved the pool. The location was wonderful, too! Summary: Wonderful experience staying a week at Stardust Villa. First, location is great with a nice view of the ocean even though it isn't "ocean front". The pool is perfect. Access to the beach is very close. The property and area are not crowded at all - no issue finding a spot at the beach close to the access path. The property has everything you need, including multiples (chairs, umbrellas, binoculars, games, beach towels etc.); it feels like it is their house and they are letting you use it for a week. You name it, they have it. Best part - the owners are accommodating, generous and flexible. Due to a family emergency we were in, out, then back in and they were very understanding. Thanks Jim & Ann!

Summary: Our stay at the Stardust Villa was amazing. As many others have said, this place has it all. We brought way too much stuff that we didn't need as Jim and Ann have this property WELL stock with what you need for a great time on the beach. We had 4 adults and 3 children under 11 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet except for the new construction going on across and down the street, which was quite bearable. Definitely a great place for a vacation.

Summary: The reviews are true - this place is a true treasure. What you see in the pictures is what you get and I would argue the views are better than the pics show:). When everyone says this place has it all…this place has it all and we are a family with two toddlers who require a lot of stuff for life and for the beach. We brought more than we needed and when we return and we absolutely will return…our load will be much lightened because of how well equipped the house and beach supplies are. We swam in the pool and the Gulf, we watched dolphins, we biked, we grilled, we showered outdoors. An easy walk to the beach…even loaded down with supplies and children. A week filled with memories that will last a lifetime. And Jim is a true gem - easy going, laid back, attentive, informative. Couldn’t ask for a better stay and host. The 100+ five star reviews are spot on. Thanks, Jim and Ann!
