This beachfront condo on the top floor of the 6-story Sea Vista Condos offers a Spectacular View of the South Padre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo and its balcony face the beach, with floor-to-ceiling windows across the living room and master bedroom. Even the kitchen has a view!

From the ground floor of the Sea Vista Condos you can walk right onto the beach. No streets to cross. No need to pack the car. Head down the elevator and walk right out onto miles of sandy beach.
This 1,050 SF 2-BR 2-Bath condo sleeps up to six, with king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and if needed, a comfortable queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a master bathroom, and large closet. The view from the master bedroom is amazing.
The Second/Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and television.
A fully-equipped Kitchen is key to a relaxing vacation. We know it’s important to be able to prepare meals and snacks without running back and forth to the store to buy all the things you’d expect in a kitchen. We've outfitted the kitchen with that goal.
The Living Room has comfortable seating, a 50” LED flat screen TV with HD cable service, and of course a magnificent view of the famous South Padre Beach, and Sunrises on the Gulf of Mexico.
Wireless internet (WIFI), secure and dedicated to this condo, is included.
The Sea Vista complex has two swimming pools, and two tennis courts. Unassigned parking is provided inside the fenced lot with a security entry gate.

Summary: We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and it simply couldn’t have been better. We value our limited travel opportunities so much that we are very particular when it comes to researching our destinations. We looked at tons of options before finally choosing this Beachfront Condo…and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Location: This is a top floor condo located directly on the beach. You walk out the back entrance and literally take a few steps across the dunes to reach the beautiful beach. The sand is soft, the gulf water is warm, the surf is perfect for wave jumping, and there is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off on your way back up. The elevator conveniently lets you out on the 6th floor directly across from the condo entrance. There is no property directly to the south, so it is a very quiet location. There was always plenty of room on the beach to set up chairs and an umbrella and relax all day. Condo: The view is BREATHTAKING! We would sit out on our private balcony every morning to have coffee and watch the sunrise. In the evenings, we would sit out there to listen to the waves and enjoy the oceanfront breeze. The central air conditioning is awesome!! We like to keep the condo cool and never had a problem. Great ceiling fan. The furniture is very comfortable. We mainly used the two recliners in the living room and the king bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts!! Will definitely stay again!!

Summary: My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The condo was spotless, the ocean views unbelievable and the pool and hot tub were warm! We can’t say enough great things about this property. The location was central and the area quiet. The owners didn’t leave lists of things to do or countless rules which made our stay so much more relaxing than some. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
