Summary: Apartment is right on beach, so we could walk along the beach front to the Grand Prix racing. The apartment was spotless, with everything you need. Mario was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions. Just be aware on size of your car, we had a Mid size SUV, which fit in nicely, anything bigger I think you may struggle. Would highly recommend this for business or pleasure.

Summary: Really enjoyed Mario’s condo for a conference. Not necessarily walkable, but Uber only a 3 minute drive and readily available. Property is beautiful, charming and just full of character. Would stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this amazing condo right on the beach! It was a serene oasis away from the busy streets yet close to everything. Mario was an amazing host to deal with and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. The kitchen was well stocked, living areas spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Summary: Mario is a wonderful host. Friendly, responsive, and professional in helping us navigate the few issues we did have; even when we were the cause. The condo itself is better than it looks online. When I found it I assumed the main picture was of a main lobby or some other shared space. Its the living room! Amazing views. If you like watching marine traffic of all kinds, or just listening to the surf, you dont even have to leave the couch! The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves meals, which saved a ton of money. All the long beach touristy things are just a few minutes away as well! Even the rest of LA wasn't too far away, including Universal Studios. Great jumping off point for active folks but also a nice place to just sit and relax. We did both and loved all of it!
