Summary: Our stay at the Brunswick was absolutely amazing, The condo we stayed in was just the right size, the bed was comfy and the balcony view of the ocean was so relaxing and just what this old married couple needed. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and Kind. We will be back. Thank you Kevin, for allowing us to stay at your place. We will be back, hopefully soon.

Summary: We loved this location and even though town was quiet as we visited during the iff season it was a perfect place for some R&R and ocean exposure.

Summary: We stayed at Kevin’s place for a long weekend in Mid-April. Kevin is thoughtful and made sure check in went smoothly for us. This unit is just as described in the listing. Very clean and perfect for our stay. The bed was super comfortable for a great night’s sleep during our stay. The balcony view is perfect. We even had a chance to see snow on the beach for the first time ever! It was so pretty. Snow is a treat as we are from the South and rarely see snow.Kevin was kind enough to provide some restaurant suggestions. Ken’s Place had a variety of popular seafood dishes. It was a short drive from the rental and did not disappoint. The Swick downstairs had bands playing both Friday and Saturday night. We had the chance to hop down for a few adult beverages during our stay as well a quick lunch. The vibe was great with friendly staff. The band played a mix of fun tunes. We did not notice much noise from within the unit during times the band was playing. If you get the chance to visit the area, The bar and grill is definitely worth checking out. They have a large patio ready to meet your summer entertainment needs. Our trip was off season so the Boardwalk as well as many restaurants and shops were closed. However, the location is perfect for an in season stay as all attractions are just a hop skip and a jump away. Overall, we had a lovely experience at Kevin”s place. We have family nearby and will see if this condo is available for our next visit.

Summary: Have stayed here twice now. Kevin (host) is very responsive and accommodating. Very clean, everything I need is in the condo, and you can't beat the view. The down side for some may be hearing the bands on Fridays and Saturdays until the bar closes at 1 a.m., but within minutes of closing all is quiet. Being able to wake up in the morning and sit with a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony is fantastic! Hoping to stay here again next year. Thanks, Kevin!
