A masterpiece of style and design, this opulent vacation paradise is set right on the beach with Pacific Ocean panoramas from nearly every room as well as the private hot tub! Wall-to-wall windows showcase the expansive beach views across two beautifully appointed floors.
Built for entertaining, the gourmet kitchen and 10-seat dining area is a chef’s dream. Anchored by a center island with seating for six, the kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, dual sinks, and a convenient coffee bar. The adjacent living room boasts a shuffleboard table and TV, while the upstairs living room is similar in design with a TV, a five-seat window bar, an amazing, suspended, circular chair, and family-friendly games.
There are two suites on the main level and two suites upstairs - each features a TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The custom-built bunk room is decked out with a foosball table, TV, and kid-friendly lounge furniture. Sip morning coffee and listen to the gentle sound of the surf while relaxing on the side deck, equipped with a picnic table and a grill. The adjacent hot tub invites rejuvenating soaks. Follow a short pathway from the deck to the sand and enjoy barefoot beach strolls any time of the day.
Experience a quiet location approximately three miles north of scenic Cape Kiwanda and all the amenities and attractions in Pacific City.

Summary: The size was just right with 4 couples and an extra room! Each had their own bathrooms too! Most of the time was spent walking on the beach, which had very few others on it; BONUS!!! Nice beach chairs to sit and watch the sunset or watch the sunset from the hot tub! Truly an enjoyable house!!!

Summary: The home is a great location and served our group well. This was our second time staying in this home. On our most recent visit, the cleanliness of the home was sub-standard and it was apparent the cleaners had not done much. We arrived to find sand over many of the floor surfaces, had to vacuum debris from the main carpet, kitchen cabinets were greasy and had to be wiped, coffee mug residue on table, there was a clump of hair in one of the beds, a used washcloth hanging on a shower door, and candy wrappers under a bed. These are simple things you’d expect to be cleaned in any rental property. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but not sure we’d visit this property again.

Summary: This is a good house with lots of amenities for the whole family. We had 7 people and plenty of room throughout the house. We did experience some cleanliness issues upon arrival but Mason, and the local team, responded quickly and resolved the issues for us. We loved the area - which has lots of outdoor activities and Pacific City is a great small town with a great vibe. We'd go back to this area and Beach N Views in a heartbeat!

Summary: The views and location are unbeatable. The hot tub is a nice touch. The house could use closets. I do not like to live out of a suitcase for a week. Maybe a lamp on the bedside table. Some containers for food storage or remember to bring your own and some storage bags. We have stayed in a few houses in this general vicinity, this one was the most spendy. I would not pay that much again, but the property was enjoyable.

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed staying here! The views are amazing! We loved the layout of the home, which was perfect for the number of guests we had. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views from all rooms, and plenty of games to enjoy! We had an issue with the hot tub, but when I reached out they came and handled the issue quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place and we will be back for sure.
