We have been successfully letting our properties since 2003 & have many regular visitors. Edificio La Concha 1 is a Beach front complex, and will be well known to many of you. The whole complex is very well established. The gardens are maintained to a high standard. The pool is always in tip top condition. This is an Ideal Location - situated on the beachfront, simply walk out of the main entrance onto the promenade & everything you need is just a short walk away. This is a bright and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. The spacious lounge diner has direct access to the L - Shaped balcony with fabulous sea views. There are 3 large bedrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a second bathroom serves the 2 other bedrooms also with a walk in shower. The apartment is well maintained and fully AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED. Being on the eighth floor, there are breathtaking views of the coast, and surrounding area. There are 3 lifts that serve the building. Please note: Electricity is charged from meter readings taken at arrival and again at departure at a rate of 0.40 cents per unit. Wifi is optional and is available at an additional charge of €25 per week + €1 per day thereafter, TV is also available at 15 euro per week and + €1 per day thereafter, if required.

Summary: Great Location, apartment as described. Everything you need is close by and pool was amazing. Best one in over 30+yrs of visiting area. Couldnt get Grandson out of it on the last day, had too be bribed with Ice Cream. Property Manager Boris very prompt in responding/dealing with any issues. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Very nice apartment at 8th floor with the best location in Fuengirola. Amazing sea view from the very large balcony and very good pool for adults and children in the backyard. Less than 1 minute walk to supermarket and bakery, and about 10 minutes walk to larger supermarkets (Supercor and Mercadona). The restaurants close to the apartment were also good. The host (Boris) that managed the key handover were very nice and service minded. The communication with Mette (apartment owner) was good and clear. We spent 2 weeks in this place and have nothing to complain about. We hope to come back some day.
